I take 2 37.5/325mg only before playing golf (3 times a week) and I am pain free for 6/8 hours. I have had back injection treatment 6 times over 8 years. Gardening and manual back exercise are out. Side effect after 6 hours is itching. I take 1 5mg Neoclarityn and a shower stops itching. I am 74, sit in a high hard straight chair. High seat in car. Lifting, bending and digging are out. Social (poor) golfing is great, with caution. They work for me.
