patient expired in the early morning (Between 4am- 7:50am IST) out of most probably heart attack,took Folvite 5mg at night before bed with leviprill and clyciphage,all prescribed medicine.(took the doses twice in a day at morning and night,instead of prescribed 1 folvite 5mg a day-accidentally )
