wow, how horrible for these patients. I too, had problems with the Mynx after my cath on my right side. My right leg continued to hurt and the fourth day I started seeping quite a bit of blood which startled me. Dr told me to go to ER. ER dr probed and pushed the knot over my artery trying to get up all the blood. I ended up in the hospital. As my heart dr was trying to push all this stuff out, other stuff started coming out. Pus, white and red globs. He said it was the Mynx and he had never experienced this before. I ended up getting a staph infection and stayed four days. All is healed finally, after lots of antibiotics but my right leg I guess, will always ache.
