i am a vegetarian last ten years , recently I am suffering from nerves pain on my neck same time there is a feeling of strain to my brain. so I take methicobal 500mcg for ten days(one daily) , later neurologist had prescribed it for me for the same illness. I get a relief from my pain after using one tablet once in a day. can i take this tablet once in a week as a vitamin B12 supplement for life long ? is any side effcts?
