I use Dilatrend 6.25 Mg twice daily to present isolated supraventricular extrasystoles several times a day and moderate hypertension. It happens that there are periods of weeks completely off extrasystoles and others that are present. Hypertension is always maintained at 120/60. Talking with cardiologists colleagues (I´m a Surgeon) tell me, Dilatrend is very elastic, has a wide range for dosed and that I can take 6.25 mg every eight hours or 12.5 every twelve hours when extrasystoles occur frequently. What do you think about the wide range to use?
